Rounding out the family birthdays this year is my Christmas baby,
now a big 3 year old Dora loving girl.

You know, sometimes it is hard for me to look at pictures of three year old girls, but it is slowly getting easier for me, and especially when they are the children of beautiful people like you. I don't think it had ever really occurred to me that we were actually pregnant with our girls at the same time.
Happy birthday. It certainly does feel like just yesterday that our three year olds were born.
She's such a cutie!

Oh, Hope's Mama, you are right, I am so sorry. It has never actually occurred to me before either, I think because I have only ever thought to compare our lost babies in age, (an now our newborns too) and my angel came earlier than your Hope.
I do understand. We have friends who were pregnant and had a girl 3 weeks after Kristen was due. They didn't even want to be pregnant. A whole other post could be written for that. The child is almost seven now and I look at her and think about what could have, what should have been. She's close to my Big Miss who followed but they are a year or so apart in age and so a year apart at school which makes a big difference at this age. I remember my friend being so 'relieved' that I had another girl, and wasn't sure how to take that at the time, still don't. It was more about her than me I think. Anyway I digress.
I am sorry it has stirred something for you and even sorrier I hadn't foreseen it. xox
